Washington: US President Trump has returned to his country after a two-day visit to India. He was very welcome in India, due to which he is very proud. Describing India as a great country, Trump said on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, that his journey was a huge success. President Trump visited India on 24 February on his first visit in the last year of his term.
He was accompanied by a delegation of high officials from the Trump administration including first lady Melania Trump, his daughter and mentor Ivanka Trump, son-in-law Jared Kushner.
These included US National Security Advisor Robert O. Bryan. During a two-day tour, he also visited Agra and crowned Taj with Melania.
According to the information received, as soon as he returned after finishing his 36-hour tour of India, Trump tweeted, ‘I have just landed. India is great, the journey was a huge success.’ Earlier, when Trump had finished the journey, Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked him for tweeting. Trump started his India tour from Ahmedabad on 24 February 2020. He landed directly at Ahmedabad Airport from the US. Whereupon first went to the Sabarmati Ashram and bowed down to Bapu and then arrived at his reception at Motera Stadium. It is also being said that people were standing on both sides of the road from the airport to the Sabarmati Ashram and from there to Motera Stadium to welcome the trump. More than 1.25 lakh people welcomed the trump at the stadium. From there he went to Agra and came to Delhi in the evening on the same day. During the visit of Trump, there have been many agreements including defense deals worth 3 billion dollars (about 21 thousand crores). An agreement has been reached to work together in many fields including many energy.
